Printing, photocopying and scanning
We supply and maintain touch card multi-functional machines that you can use to print, photocopy and scan to email in College libraries and departments.
When you print a document it is sent to a common print queue, meaning that you can collect it from any touch card printer found in an area that your College ID card gives you access to, including the Library, faculties and support departments.
In addition to the multi-functional machines, some departmental areas have smaller networked printers. See Using printers without touch card readers for instructions on setting these up.
Access to touch card printers is controlled by your College ID card.
Logging into the ICTprintservice allows you to do a variety of things, including topping up your print balance, seeing what documents are in your print queue and finding the location of printers.
